Project Manager – Columbus, OH Metropolitan Area (On-Site)

The Project Manager is responsible for reviewing each job with the Sales Representative for installation details and accuracy, and to oversee and manage the PARC installation to ensure the successful execution of each proposal.

Essential Job Functions

  • Completes jobsite visit with the Sales Representative prior to proposals and during installations to ensure that the proposal will effectively meet the needs of the customer.
  • Works with Sales Representative to estimate time and cost to complete installations.
  • Ensure that pertinent documentation and paperwork are accurate, timely, and complete.
  • Schedule meetings for the team to monitor progress, recognize positive performances while keeping everyone focused on the specific tasks at hand in relationship to the respective job.
  • Job Scheduling
  • Completes a formal walkthrough to ensure all contract specifications and quality standards have been met at the completion of each job.
  • Assists in resolving issues during and after installations
  • Regular attendance at work.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 3-5 years Construction Management experience
  • Ability to perform physical work outdoors year-round in a variety of weather elements
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to different work schedules
  • Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to trouble shoot
  • Ability to understand, speak and write English
  • Effective time management skills
  • Aptitude to learn

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products

Accounting Manager – Cincinnati, OH Metropolitan Area (On-Site)

We are looking for a dynamic Accountant to join our rapidly expanding team. The position is full-time and based at our office in Cincinnati (Woodlawn), Ohio.

Essential Job Functions

  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and appropriate controls of the companies processes and financial systems
  • Create and maintain accounting policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and finance to maintain accurate records
  • Assist with refining chart of accounts if necessary
  • Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
  • Assist with accounting operations process improvements and automation where appropriate
  • Partner with HR to oversee payroll functions and third-party administrator. Ensure appropriate payroll administration and accounting
  • Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries and month end accounting statements
  • Provide analysis on month over month changes and variations from plan
  • Act as a strategic partner for ERP (Sage 100) upgrade, relaunch, and utilization expansion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred), Associates degree in accounting (minimum)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working in accounting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, co-ordination, and manage time effectively
