Welcome To The Team: Scott Waage, Ted Zellers, and Matt Fralick
October 4, 2023
Our team at Unistrut Midwest continues to grow so that we can continue to bring our clients the care and attention that each Unistrut project deserves. Please join us in welcoming the newest members of our construction team, Scott Waage, Ted Zellars, and Matt Fralick.
Scott Waage, Senior Regional Construction Manager
Scott is an accomplished and results-driven professional with over 34 years in the construction industry. In his previous roles, he has engaged in conceptual design through project completion, as well as customer interaction, where he continues to hone his skills today. Scott is a motivated team player, whether that’s at work, or when kayaking, hiking, and traveling with Lisa, his wife of over 36 years, and their dog Petey. Scott stays active to keep up with life and, of course, his grandkids.
Ted Zellars, Regional Construction Manager
Ted joins Unistrut Midwest with over 10 years of project management, estimating, and sales experience in the strut industry. His expertise will help drive growth, development, and service in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic construction markets, along with our prefabrication services. Outside of work, Ted enjoys spending time with Amanda, his wife, and their two children, Georgia and Theo, at their home in northwest New Jersey. When he isn’t working around their property, you can find him playing golf or watching football.
Matt Fralick, Regional Construction Manager
After graduating from Cleveland State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Matt started in the construction industry, focusing on the design of medical equipment supports, catwalks, platforms, and grids. Over the years, he became a Manager of Engineered Systems, overseeing sales, engineering, drafting, estimating, project management, and installation. He has run thousands of projects in his tenure and has always been the go-to guy for complicated projects. In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his kids and working on his extensive classic car collection.
