Delivering Customer Success Through the NEFCO Services Division

Since joining NEFCO, Unistrut Midwest, a division of NEFCO, has played a key role in advancing NEFCO’s engineered service offerings. I recently stepped into the role of Vice President of NEFCO Services Division, where my focus is on aligning our service teams to deliver excellent solutions to our customers.
Unistrut Midwest Growth through NEFCO
From the perspective of Unistrut Midwest, it’s exciting to play a key role in the NEFCO Engineered Services Division, transforming the products we distribute into engineered support solutions that address real jobsite challenges. Other NEFCO services include delegated design, vibration isolation, pipe stress analysis, fabrication, kitting, and pre-fabrication. Together, these capabilities enable us to deliver a complete, value-added solution that extends beyond traditional distribution. As NEFCO’s footprint continues to grow, these offerings are expanding our reach into new markets while strengthening the support we provide to customers.
The relationship between our division and the broader organization is mutually beneficial. Our capabilities strengthen NEFCO’s overall offering, while NEFCO’s investment enables us to scale, innovate, and serve a broader customer base. Together, we are delivering tailored solutions that drive results, one unique client solution at a time.
The Future of NEFCO Services Division
Along with the Unistrut Midwest division, there are NEFCO service providers in multiple states across the country. A key priority in my new role is to align our teams into a unified, cohesive services team that delivers a consistent experience for every customer.
With NEFCO's growth through acquisition, ensuring visibility into each team’s capabilities has been a critical first step. Knowing who to approach for which capability has been a straightforward but crucial aspect of bringing teams together. This clarity enables our teams to collaborate more effectively to deliver stronger outcomes for our customers, while also equipping our sales team to confidently connect customers with the right expertise.
The growth of the NEFCO Services Division creates meaningful value for both our customers and our teams—expanding market reach while providing access to comprehensive, integrated solutions under one roof. Together, we are building a more connected, solutions-oriented organization, and we’re just getting started.
